PRESIDENT

Deborah Latasa joined the GFWC Tracy Woman's Club in 1990.  She has served in many Officer and Chair positions, including President, 1st Vice President, and Parliamentarian.  Deborah has also served as  President and Secretrary of the GFWC Past Presidents' Assembly of Mount Diablo District.  She is a Charter Member of the GFWC Brentwood Women's Club. She has served on the CFWC Elections Committee. 

SECOND VICE PRESIDENT

Pat Anderson joined the Dublin San Ramon Women’s Club in 2014 and is their current President. She has held various offices in her home club, including First Vice President, Second Vice President, and Third Vice President. She also served as the GFWC Mount Diablo District Fundraising Chair and the Amenities Chair. Pat is also a member of the GFWC Past Presidents Assembly of Mount Diablo District. 

RECORDING SECRETARY

Virginia Hood has been a member of the GFWC Woman's Club of Antioch since 2012.  Previously, she has served as Recording Secretary for her Club (2013-16, and 2020-21), as well as Club  Auditor 2023-24 and is currently Auditor for the term 2024-26.

TREASURER

Karen K. Lee has been a member of the GFWC Danville Women's Club for 10 years and is it's Past-President. She is a co-chair of their Hospitality Team and is the Clubhouse Supervisor/Chair.

PARLIAMENTARIAN

Vicki Koc  is a member of the Alamo Women’s Club and has served in many officer positions, including President, Vice President, Philanthropy Chair and Parliamentarian.  She is a member of the GFWC Past Presidents Assembly of GFWC Mt. Diablo District.

FIRST  VICE PRESIDENT

Kelly Davis  joined the Orinda Woman's Club in 2006.  She has served as President of her home club twice and has held many other offices.  She is the Past President of the GFWC Mount Diablo District and has served as CFWC Convention Chair and Advocates for Children at State level.  Kelly is the CFWC Leads (Leadership, Education and Development) Graduate of 2014. For 2024 to 2026, she will be CFWC Arts and Crafts Chair.  Kelly is a member of the GFWC Past Presidents' Assembly of Mount Diablo District.

DIRECTOR OF  FINANCE

Sandra Soong has been a member of GFWC since 2017.  She is a member of the GFWC Tracy Woman's Club and the GFWC Brentwood Women's Club. Sandra has held many financial officer positions in both clubs. She has been the Arts & Crafts Chair for the District since 2020.

AUDITOR

Lynn S. Confetti-Ledbetter is Past-President of the GFWC Mount Diablo District.  She is a member of the GFWC Woman's Club of Antioch and has served in many positions within this Club.  She is currently serving as President of the GFWC Fountaineers Ladies Club. She is a member of  GFWC Past Presidents' Assembly of GFWC Mount Diablo District, and a Charter Member of the GFWC Brentwood Women's Club.  Lynn is the CFWC LEADS (Leadership, Education And Development Seminar) Training Graduate of 2019.  She is also the CFWC Itinerary Chair.

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY

Kay Porter has been a Federated Member for more than 16 years. Her home club is the GFWC Woman's Club of Antioch, and she has served in multiple positions and Offices within her home Club as well as within the GFWC Mount Diablo District. She is the 2020-2022 Past-President of GFWC Mount Diablo District. Kay is a member of the GFWC Fountaineers Ladies Club. Kay is also the Editor of the District's newsletter, the BEACON.
